Reason for subletting:
This is a lovely top-floor flat in a great location with plenty of natural light. Our current student accommodation contract runs until the end of October. As the accommodation contract is fixed-term and cannot be ended early, we are looking for another University of Edinburgh student to take over the tenancy from September to late October.
