You must be a currently registered student at the University of Edinburgh. The let will be arranged through the University’s official process, and the tenancy agreement will be signed directly with the University.

The rent should be a bit cheaper since you are not moving in from 1 September. I presume it would be less than we posted, but the exact amount will need to be calculated by the university.

Reason for takeover:
This is a lovely top-floor flat in a great location with plenty of natural light. Our current student accommodation contract runs until the end of October. As the accommodation contract is fixed-term and cannot be ended early, we are looking for another University of Edinburgh student to take over the tenancy from September to late October.
