I'm travelling for 7 weeks and offering my whole flat, fully furnished, as a single continuous let, not a series of short stays. [4th/top] floor, no lift, quiet Southside location near the Meadows and Arthur's Seat, easy walk to the Old Town and Edinburgh University. You'd have the entire flat for the whole 7 weeks. Fully furnished throughout, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, all private, with a kitchen equipped with all the essentials : air fryer, microwave, hand blender, plates and cutlery

Looking for a professional, quiet, tidy tenant who'll keep the place organized and respect the neighbors : no parties, no drugs, no smoking, no pets. I'm travelling and this is my home, so please treat it with care and leave it as you found it. Get in touch if you're after the whole 7 weeks.
