Hi! I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Hello Student – South Bridge for the 2026/27 academic year.
Accommodation: Hello Student – South Bridge
Location: 53–68 South Bridge, Edinburgh, EH1 1LS
Room type: Premium Bigger Studio – Low Ceiling
Tenancy: 12 September 2026 – 3 September 2027 (51 weeks)
Move-in: Available to move in anytime up to 23 September 2026
Rent: £411 per week / around £1,747 per month
Council tax: Full-time students are generally exempt, subject to eligibility and council registration
Payment by instalments through Hello Student.
The current tenancy payment schedule is:
£2,055 – 3 August 2026
£6,165 – 23 September 2026
£8,220 – 8 January 2027
£4,521 – 9 April 2027
Hello Student will confirm the exact payment arrangement for the replacement tenant as part of the official tenancy takeover.
The studio is completely private and includes:
• Private kitchen
• Private bathroom
• Own washing machine inside the studio
• Larger studio space
• Utilities included in the rent
• Directly opposite the University of Edinburgh’s Old College
• Very central location, within walking distance of the city centre
The tenancy takeover will be processed officially through Hello Student.
