Beautiful furnished double room in a stylish home

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate female lodger to share my lovely, recently renovated home in Edinburgh.

The furnished double bedroom is bright, peaceful and comfortable, with a leafy outlook, wooden floors, a double bed and a large wardrobe offering plenty of storage. The house has been carefully renovated throughout and includes a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and welcoming shared living spaces.

The rent is £900 per calendar month, including household bills and Wi-Fi.

You would be sharing with me, my school aged daughter and our very gentle elderly Golden Retriever. It is a warm, relaxed family home rather than a conventional busy house share, so I’m looking for someone who will feel comfortable being part of the household while also enjoying their own space.

I’m ideally looking for someone who is:
