Fully furnished, spacious, prime location flat

Hi,

I currently live with a couple and they are moving back in November so I would like someone to take over their room.

(Couples/ 2 people sharing a room preferred) (single okay if you okay with the rent)

Location- it’s 10 mins walk to the haymarket tram and train station, 2 mins walk to Co-op and Lidl , 20 mins walk or a 5 mins bus ride to gorgie area. All the shops (grocery, restaurants) is just around the corner within 5 mins walk and 10 mins walk to fountainbridge.

If you don’t know about Edinburgh much then please look up on maps for EH11 2TH location and I guarantee you would love this area.

Flat- it’s a 2 bedroom flat, which includes a huge living room which has sofa turning into a bed when required , huge kitchen, shared bathroom, 2 storage cosh cupboards, parking and a backyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe.

Bills- WiFi - £24, electricity and gas would be around 100-150 max in per month (depends on how much you use) council tax -£207 per month. This is the overall bills for the flat which would then be divided among us

People preferred- clean and neat people required. No smoking allowed, drinking is fine. Partying and calling people over is fine unless you are not disturbing me or the neighbours.

About me- I’m a full time professional who has crazy job timings night shifts or day shifts mixed and on day offs I’m not home so you won’t see me around much in the house, the house would practically be yours. I like to socialise would love a flatmate to chat around. Ps- I love cooking 🧑‍🍳.
