Spacious double room available in a brand-new 2-bedroom apartment at Cala’s West Craigs development, available from early November.

The flat is a spacious modern new-build with a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, balcony, two bathrooms and plenty of storage. The room will be furnished with a double bed and storage. You’ll effectively have your own bathroom, as my bedroom has a separate en-suite.

Great location in West Edinburgh, particularly handy for the Gyle, Edinburgh Park and airport, with good transport links into the city centre.

I’m 32, work full-time as a Chartered Accountant in financial services and am looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going to share the flat with. I enjoy the gym, running, football, hiking and the occasional night out, but home is generally pretty relaxed.

My 5-year-old daughter also stays with me regularly, so it’s important that whoever moves in is comfortable with a young child being around some of the time. Because of that, I’m looking for someone considerate and ideally someone looking for a comfortable, relaxed home rather than a party flat.

£750 per month including bills (utilities, council tax and broadband). Your room would be bedroom 2 from the floor plan picture.

The apartment completes at the beginning of October, so the photos currently shown are representative/show-home images. I’ll add photos of the actual room and apartment as soon as I have the keys.
