Room for Rent - Polwarth

Hi!
I'm moving out and my room will be available from the end of October/beginning of November

It's a 2 bedroom flat with one shared bathroom and a well equipped kitchen and living room (with TV). The flat is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, with nice pubs, restaurants and shops within a 10min walking radius.

As the current tenant is a working professional, we are looking for someone with a similar situation just for council tax purposes.

Bills aren't included in the rent but usually come under 150 each (including council tax Band E).
