The flat - large top floor flat (3rd floor) is in a quiet 25 year old development complex. There are a couple of communal gardens and the flat has its own parking bay. I have a en-suite bathroom so the flatmate has sole use the large bathroom which is opposite the bedroom. The living/dining room and kitchen are fully fitted out and spacious.
Gorgie - has excellent bus services into town and universities. There are plenty of shops nearby and restaurants in neighbouring Dalry road.
I enjoy a quiet life and looking for a flatmate who enjoys similar interests - in particular cooking. I am a student at Napier and a local of Edinburgh so happy to share my city with someone new to it. I am seeking a fellow student as a flatmate
