Looking for a flatmate for a large 3-bedroom maisonette flat. Must like cats. Recently bought the flat and am in the process of decorating. Room will be ready to rent by end of October (or before then if you want to partly decorate the room yourself). Will be furnished with a double bed, desk and office chair, or left unfurnished if you have your own furniture you prefer to use.

Room is a large double room with a walk in cupboard thats almost big enough to be a wee office.

Very quiet residential street in Chesser just off Gorgie Road. 2 mins from bus stops to Haymarket & Old Town and in the other direction towards Edinburgh Napier Sighthill/Herriot Watt. Balgreen tram stop is about 10-15 mins walk away. Slateford Train Station about 14 mins, and 20 mins to the Canal path.

2 minute walk to the beautiful Saughton Park & cafe. 8 minute walk to Edinburgh West Retail Park with supermarkets (Aldi, M&S Food, Food Warehouse) & JD Gym, and large 24-hour Asda. 15 mins walk to the Nuffield Gym/swimming pool.

Pets considered if they can be friends with the kittens (or kept safe from them).
