5 minutes walking to Craigleith retail park: big Sainsbury's, Lidl, M&S, Boots, etc.

Bus connection into town is pretty great (about 10 min to princes street/shandwick place)

Roseburn path runs right behind the flat which is a great place to walk/cycle/run! Its also a 20 min cycle to Leith shore area and has so many connections to other part of town.

Looking for a professional or mature student, someone friendly and who keeps the communal spaces clean*. I love reading, crafting, and watching shows in the evening. I am an introvert, but I would like to socialise and have a friendly atmosphere in the flat.

The room is furnished with decent closet space and additional storage under the bed. There is also a storage cupboard in the entry way.

Kitchen has a fridge and freezer, washing machine, and plenty of cabinets for storage and a shelf for pots and pan above the stove.

*I clean the toilet weekly and do bins/recycling as needed. The flatmate that is moving out would hoover and clean the kitchen. I would love a flatmate that also enjoys keeping the flat clean!
