Room available to rent (from November). Furnished with bed, desk and wardrobe / storage.

Live in landlord with sons using the other bedroom in the property when they come to visit. I work from home twice a week and am in the office on the other days..
This room would suit a person looking for a warm and welcoming environment where it's not too noisy or overcrowded. It's definitely not a place for party animals or big drinkers..
There's plenty shops and local amenities with good bus links to many of the university campuses and town centre. The tram stop at Saughton isn't too far away too... (15mins walk)

Amazing local walkways with the Union canal and Water of Leith both close by. Lovely sunsets from your window as you can see in the pics.

The real boss of the house is my cat Dizzee - and so a cat friendly person is a must!
