A lovely double bedroom available in a central Edinburgh flat, just a 2-minute walk from Leith Walk and approximately a 15-minute walk to Waverley train station. Flexible on move in date for right person.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, brand-new mattress and mattress protector, a large built-in mirrored wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also additional storage space under the bed. The large window lets in plenty of natural light, with lovely afternoon sunshine.

The flat has a spacious shared living room, a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer, and a shared family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. I have an en-suite so this bathroom would primarily be yours but I’m not advertising sole use of the bathroom.

A little about me

I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and unwinding in the evenings with a home-cooked dinner and a good film or TV series.

I'm looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate flatmate. I enjoy a sociable home where we can occasionally share dinner, have a chat and relax together, while also respecting each other's personal space and downtime.

As I currently work from home three days a week, I'm looking for someone who works outside the home rather than remotely.
