Room in Southside available from 1st November. The room has a wardrobe and additional storage spaces. The bed is considered a small double bed but is a comfortable size.

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a shared back garden and on street parking which you will need to purchase a permit for if you have a car.

💷 Rent: approx £660 but may go up slightly due to the tenancy change.
💷 Energy bills and wifi: £72.16 each
💷 Council Tax Band B: £79.50 each

The Old Town is a short walk away. There are also bus stops near the flat to get around the city easily.

The flat is rented through Southside Lettings, who would like the chosen tenant to have an agreement signed by 15th November. I am therefore looking to have viewings as soon as possible.

For Council Tax purposes I will only consider enquiries from other professionals. Priority will also be given to anyone who doesn’t work from home.
