I’m looking for someone to rent out one of our rooms as my current flatmate is relocating. It’s a second floor, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat with shared kitchen, living and working areas that’s full furnished. The building also has a designated space within the car park if you own a vehicle.

It’s located in Orchard Brae Avenue in a safe and quiet residential area with families, couples and students in the vicinity. It’s quite centrally located, Craigleith park which has Sainsbury’s, Lidl and Puregym is a 15 minute walk from here. The Comely Bank Waitrose and Stockbridge is also another 10-15 minute walk from the flat with plenty of buses available.

A bit about me - I’m a 24-year old currently working full time in a Financial firm (which requires me in the office 4 times/week). I’ve lived in Edinburgh for over 3 years now and enjoy hiking, reading, running, and trying new places around the city.

I’m looking for someone who’s sociable, and friendly. Currently looking for WOMEN PROFESSIONALS. The rent is £500 per month. Along with council tax, Band F (£150 each), electricity (approx. £65) and WiFi (£15), the cost usually totals around £730 per month.
