2 housemates for beautiful 3 bedroom apartment

Looking for 2 new housemates for this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment located in EH7 4FA as my current housemates are both moving out back to Aus 😢

You will be living with me (and the other housemate)! I am a 26-year old working professional and I’ve been in Scotland for about a year and a half.

Available from mid November

Room 1 - £725 (with desk and wardrobe) per month
Room 2 - £685 (slightly smaller, with cupboard - plants not included 🙈) per month
Bond - £716

Bills - approx £35-40 per month
Council tax - approx £100 per month

You will be sharing the bathroom (see attached images/video).

The location of this flat is perfect! We are just off Leith walk, about a 15 minute walk to Waverley station, 10 minute walk to the Omni complex/St James place and about a 20 minute walk from Stockbridge. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk away and buses are accessible as well (we literally live directly opposite the bus depo).

There is a small garden out the back that we have access to, as well as a private, gated car park and our private balcony!

The whole place is entirely furnished.

My previous housemates and I have always kept the entire apartment very clean and beautiful and so I’m looking for people who will also respect the space, are clean, tidy, respectful but also are down for a chat.

Perks of living here - always fresh fruit in the fruit bowl, a diffuser with relaxing essential oils and a book shelf with some great reads available.

FYI, I am an early bed so am often in bed early and out in the morning exercising before work so I’m actually not home all that often. But would love to live with people who share similar hobbies and interests.
