Double room available in 3rd floor flat just off Easter Road. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is also parking. There are lot of shops and cafes close by. Rent is £550 per month and bills usually come to about £150 each per month for council tax, gas, electricity and WiFi. The flat is in council tax band D.

I'm a social care professional, I work 9-5 and spend 1-2 days a week working from home. I enjoy chill evenings in the flat cooking, crafting and watching films. I also enjoy camping and going to the pub or to a gig. I'm looking for a flat mate who keeps the shared spaces clean and tidy, and who is looking for a chill, cosy flat. No students due to council tax.
