Small room on Leith Walk in shared flat. Flat has friendly yet quite quiet and tidy, respectful and inclusive feel. Ideal for a very relaxed/chill flat mate. We are very respectful of one another's own space, we are LGBTQ+ friendly and are professionals. Looking for a flat mate who fits into this vibe (ideally a professional but can consider students who are active or study full time). Room is quite small with single bed, large closet (with a boiler inside) and space for a dresser or small desk. We don't really have people over often and whilst we are friendly we do live our own independent lives. Get back to us with a little about you, what you do in Edinburgh and when you're ready to move in. Council tax, wifi and tenement costs are included in the rent. Bills average 20 in Summer and 60 in mid-Winter depending on the month.
