I'm relocating to Edinburgh for work and will have a room in my new flat free from mid November. I'll be away around half the time but will have my 7 month old dog when I am there. He's friendly and I'm open to you having a pet if they get on.
Flat will be getting some decorating so some tolerance for this might be needed. It has an extension for the kitchen so more spacious than most in the area.
Good location served by multiple buses and 10 minutes into town. Quiet area, private parking and pleasant garden. Energy bills will be extra and probably about £50.
Ideally not full time WFH but I'll consider that and couples. I'm easy going and sociable so would like someone who will share the odd meal/ film.
