Hey, looking for a new flatmate to take the spare room my current flatmate will soon be vacating.
About me: Laid back and tidy professional. I'm an actor and creative, I enjoy going to the gym, gaming and going to the cinema.
I'm often out of the flat and tend to keep to myself but would be open to going for a drink or having a chat over dinner (though, there's absolutely no obligation to do so.)
The flat: The room is mostly unfurnished but the bed and bedframe will stay. There is a built in wardrobe and shelving.
Bills: Council tax - £193 (spilt between us)
Gas/Electric- varies but approx £60
Wifi- Currently £16.75 each
