The room comes with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, so there's plenty of storage space.

The house is clean, cosy and well looked after, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, garden and parking. There's a shared bathroom right next to the bedroom, plus an additional toilet downstairs.

Good bus links to the city centre and Wi-Fi included.

You'll be sharing with me and my two friendly French Bulldogs 🐶🐶

I work full-time and would ideally like to find someone who also works full-time. I'm pretty easy-going, but I do appreciate a clean and tidy home. It would be nice to find someone friendly and respectful, who also enjoys having their own space and privacy.

I'd love to find someone who feels comfortable here and treats the place like their own home.
