Bright and Spacious Double Bedroom !

I am looking for a friendly like-minded female to share my flat with!

A little about me: I am 33, work in wellbeing industry, and would describe myself as easy-going, and someone who enjoys the simple things in life. I love going for walks in nature, music, dancing, travelling, connecting with people etc ..

I’d love to share my home with someone who is considerate, organised and clean, also someone I can have a nice connection with. It’d be lovely to share the occasional chat, laugh, or cup of tea while also respecting each other’s personal space. I think a good flatshare is all about finding that balance between feeling at home together and having space to yourself.

About the flat and location: It is centrally located, right next to Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat, and just a few minutes walk from Meadows. It’s a lovely area with everything you need near by including supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés and restaurants. Edinburgh University is also close by and Old Town/ Princess street is about 15min walk away.

About the room: it comes with plenty of storage, and the furniture shown in the picture. I’ll also be adding a desk and chair.
There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen and bathroom too.

I like to keep my home clean, tidy and welcoming, so I am hoping to find someone who shares similar standards.

A couple of things to note: there is no living and you’ll be sharing the flat with me only.
