Outside, you'll have access to a shared drying green, a private garden area, and free on-street parking.

Measuring 10’6 x 8’2, the room comes partly furnished. While cozy, it comfortably accommodates a double or single bed, benefits from ample built-in storage, and still leaves space for a work desk. It offers a beautiful, quiet view looking out over the gardens and mature trees.

I am a female resident in my early 40s working as a freelance regenerative artist and designer with mostly social, environmental, and cultural organisations. I also practice and teach meditation and love anything creative.

Because I work mainly from home and often put in long hours, I really value peace, quiet, and a calm atmosphere to wind down after a demanding day. That said, I enjoy friendly chats and a shared meal now and then.

Who I am looking for:

I am looking for an ideally female flatmate who will naturally fit into this peaceful household lifestyle, potentially any age considered. You should be independent, responsible, and comfortably living your own life, but also friendly and happy to connect when the timing is mutual. I highly appreciate fairness when it comes to managing a household; I am generally relaxed but appreciate keeping common areas clean and tidy.
