Room available w/ en-suite & walk in wardrobe!

Hi I’m Claire, and I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in this gorgeous Edinburgh flat, located just a stone throw from Union Canal. There’s a good pub about 5mins away, along with a Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury’s all within walking distance.

The room is spacious, benefiting from its own en-suite and walk in wardrobe, so plenty of space for clothes if you’re anything like me 😂. Bills aren’t included in the rent price, but come to around £172 a month. This includes gas/electric, council tax and WiFi.

You’d be sharing the space with myself, in the two bedroom flat. I’m 26 and from New Zealand originally, but have lived in Scotland 12 year. I like cooking, running, going to the gym, reading, and getting stuck into Celebrity Traitors.

I have a partner who lives in Aberdeen so some weekends you’ll get the flat to yourself, but likewise on some weekends he’d come down to visit.

I’m relatively tidy and enjoy my own space but equally would like someone who’d be up for the occasional dinner or film together. If this sounds like a good fit for you, drop me a message with a bit about yourself and we can arrange a viewing. Thanks!
