A spacious double bedroom is available in a well-kept 3-bedroom semi-detached house in South Gyle, Edinburgh. You'd be sharing with a friendly, easy-going couple.

• Radiator, plenty of plug sockets and a window with a pleasant outlook
• Gas central heating and double glazing throughout

Your own WC
• A private downstairs WC with sink, just for you

The house
• Kitchen: oven, gas hob, extractor, large fridge-freezer with water dispenser, microwave, kettle and toaster, plus cupboard space for your things
• Utility area off the downstairs WC with a washing machine. We only use it about once a week, so it's mostly yours
• Living/dining room with a corner sofa, dining table and four chairs, and glass doors out to the garden
• Upstairs bathroom with bath, shared for bathing
• Garden: private paved patio with a shed and room for outdoor seating. There are washing lines for drying clothes in summer, and a drying rack indoors all year
• Parking available behind the house if you have a car
• Storage cupboard downstairs as well

• Rent: £800 per month
• Bills: £150 per month

• Cleaning supplies are shared between housemates

House life
We keep the house clean and comfortable with a simple weekly cleaning rota. A little each week keeps it nice for everyone. We're looking for someone friendly, considerate and sociable, who'd enjoy being part of a relaxed, welcoming home.
