Double Room in House with Garden near Bus Stop

The house is looking for a reliable lodger or two possibly students planning to stay six months or more. 700 GBP per month for a room (share only with one other person) Or for long term tenants with or without family to rent the whole place. 1400 GBP pm for the whole house. The house is on an easy accessible residential terrace just off the main road 3 miles south from Edinburgh city center, with several bus stops nearby. Easy to cycle also if you have a bike. Front and rear garden and off street parking. Minimally furnished, easy comfortable place to stay. On the ground floor there is a hallway, a living room, kitchen and shower and toilet room. Upstairs three large double bedrooms. one is yours, you can choose the one you like from the three. One is furnished has bedroom. wardrobes and desk, one is currently empty. I am the live in owner, however I am away most of the time for the next couple of years. I am likely to find two lodgers, possibly a couple or two friends, and you two could have the house to yourself most of the time. Ample gardens at the back that need mowing every now and then. Maybe some trimming. Centrally heated. Fridge. cooker and dishwaster all work fine. I am looking for one or two responsible lodgers. We do not have a tv and wifi at the moment as we use our phones for most things. Possibly mature students staying for minimum of three months at the time, ideally for six months or a year or more. When in Edinburgh I stay indoors, work on the house and garden, organise some art exhibitions, do antique fairs, or spend time working on my computer I have been thinking of planting trees in the garden for years but have not done so yet. I am looking for someone who pays the rent, is responsible and looks after the house. Is that you?
