Spacious 2 Bed Flat on Easter Road

2 Bedroom Flat on Easter Road

I have a lovely, surprisingly bright basement flat available to rent in the heart of Easter Road.

The flat is situated right in the middle of Easter Road, with a fantastic selection of shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and other amenities right on the doorstep, as well as being minutes walk to Leith Walk and the shore.

Despite its central location, the flat overlooks a quiet rear garden area, meaning there’s very little noise from the busy street outside.

The flat comprises:

• A modern, fully equipped kitchen
• A comfortable living/dining room with TV, pull-out sofa and dining table
• Two good-sized double bedrooms, both furnished with double beds and plenty of storage
• A spacious hallway
• A bathroom with bath and shower

Rental details:

• Rent: £1,425 per month (internet included)
• Deposit: £1,000
• Council Tax: Band B
• Availability: From 5th November, although dates can be flexible
• Tenancy: 6 month initial contract, rolling there after

Viewings will take place during the week commencing 26th October.

If you’re interested, please send me a message telling me a little about yourself (or yourselves), including who would be living in the flat and when you’re looking to move.
