We are three second-year female students at the University of Edinburgh looking for a female student to join our flat as soon as possible, with the expectation that they would stay until the end of the academic year. Rent is £700 per month, including all bills. Our flat is located on Marchmont Crescent, a popular student area just a 10-minute walk from George Square campus, with direct transport links to King’s Buildings. There are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores and cafés right on our street, and we’re just a short walk from the beautiful Meadows! Located on the third floor, we’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate and friendly. We’re a sociable household and would love someone who enjoys being part of a welcoming flat.
