- Flat share £750 pcm

Description
I’m looking to sublet my spare room in a fully furnished, two-bedroom house in Prestonfield, Edinburgh (EH16 5EE).
The house is conveniently located around a 10-minute walk from Cameron Toll Shopping Centre, with plenty of bus routes nearby, making it easy to get around Edinburgh.
A little about me: I’m 28 and work as a postdoctoral researcher at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful person to share the house with.
The house is fully furnished, and you’d have your own bedroom, with shared use of the rest of the house.
If you’re interested, I’d be happy to share some photos and chat about the room and any other details!
