Sunny double room by the Meadows, top-floor flat

I'm renting out my darling room on Lauriston Park after having made the tough decision to move back up north.

The flat is a very bright top-floor flat, a stone's throw from the Meadows and Tollcross. My flatmates are a bunch of sweet nerds working in academia and literature. It's a sociable flat but without any forced fun. Private space is respected and appreciated. That said we do frequently end up cooking together, going to the local, and having movie nights on our fantastic projector. So, we are looking for a curious and kind person who's generally tidy and happy to join this wee household.

The room itself is roughly 16m2/170sq ft and gets some nice morning sun. Same goes for the kitchen that is also east-facing. The living room has a lovely view over to the Pentlands and gets warm evening sun beaming in (this is where we saw the solar eclipse which was kinda rad).

We have two bathrooms, both with toilets, one with a bathtub (and a bidet!) and the other with a shower unit.
There's a box room and a smaller storage wardrobe that we all share between the four of us.
