A very bright, spacious, Georgian apartment situated at the top of Leith walk in a very diverse cosmopolitan and lively central area near elm row and less than a ten minute walk to Princess street and the city centre. The new tram extension is a one minute walk from our front door and we have a myriad of bus routes from elm row. A large fully furnished double bedroom is available to the right person.. This apartment is located very close to the Playhouse and Omni centre with its cinema complex, gyms, and lively bars, cafes and restaurants. Both Broughton street and George street are also just a ten minutes walk. The apartment has a modern bathroom with power shower and also a soaking bath and there is also another separate closet toilet. The main bathroom has ample storage cupboards for 3 people.. The modern kitchen has the usual appliances including fridge freezer, gas hob with double oven, microwave, dishwasher. The flat is south facing and gets a lot of sunlight. It has gas central heating large flatsreen tv and free view.
There is a washing machine and clothes drying facility. the apartment is on the second floor and all the rooms are very large with beautiful high ceilings. There is currently one double room available from 1/11/2025 Council tax is band E and included with the rent. The electricity and the gas is with EON and the bills are shared between the occupying tenants equally on a monthly basis. Broadband is £20 per month per person with unlimited usage.. We are looking for a professional, open minded, relaxed, and absolutely non smoking, non vaping person who is working full time but not working from home and who is willing to do their share of chores and keep the spaces clean and tidy to share this lovely apartment.
