Both Broughton street and George street are also just a ten minutes walk. The modern kitchen has the usual appliances including fridge freezer, gas hob with double oven, microwave, dishwasher. The flat is south facing and gets a lot of sunlight. It has gas central heating large flatsreen tv and free view.
There is a washing machine and clothes drying facility. the apartment is on the second floor and all the rooms are very large with beautiful high ceilings. There is currently one double room available from 1/11/2025 Council tax is band E and included with the rent. The electricity and the gas is with EON and the bills are shared between the occupying tenants equally on a monthly basis. Broadband is £20 per month per person with unlimited usage.. We are looking for a professional, open minded, relaxed, and absolutely non smoking, non vaping person who is working full time but not working from home and who is willing to do their share of chores and keep the spaces clean and tidy to share this lovely apartment. Everything is on your doorstep, from two doctor"s surgeries just behind the building also many dentists, pharmacy, shops and supermarkets are all very nearby.. Looking for someone who is both friendly and communicative, who is considerate, and who will share the cleaning of communal spaces and enjoys sharing a meal from time to time. Not wanting to let to couples or to any one who smokes or vapes. I also do not let to people who want to work from home. Please do not apply if you don't meet these basic requirements.
