We live in a quiet neighbourhood, only three kilometres south of the city centre. We live near Marchmont and Newington districts. Our house is near to Edinburgh University Kings Buildings.
You can walk to city centre takes about 40 minutes through the Meadows park.
There is my husband and I at home. You would have bathroom for your own use.

The price includes everything. It includes council tax and and all bills. We do not require a deposit.
We have very good, quick wireless access.
Bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, study desk and side table..
We are a busy family and have had lodgers for 10 years, and enjoy it.
