Large double room for rent in my lovely 4 bedroom detached home in Liberton - less than 3 miles from Edinburgh city centre and on all major bus routes.
You will have full use of the house and all amenities including TV, broadband, washing machine, dishwasher, you even have your own large fridge freezer, and your own private bathroom.
Downstairs there's a large lounge, dining room, toilet, spacious kitchen, as well as a conservatory. Also front and back garden. And off street parking.
The room for rent has a king size bed, built-in wardrobes, chests of drawers, TV, bookshelf, radiator, and there's enough room for a desk too. I can provide bedding and towels if you don't have your own.
The house has central heating, double glazing. There's lots of extra storage space if you need it. The back garden is very private and real sun-trap - great for barbecues.

You'd be sharing with only me. I'm a very laid back woman who works full-time, I'm into fitness. I'm no party animal but am very sociable and enjoy good chats and quality times. I have two cats who will try to make friends with you so please like cats!

Looking to share with females only please. Preferably in full-time employment.

The rent is £800per month and includes all bills and council tax. I would require a deposit of £400.

No fixed rental period expected, I'm very flexible and understand that situations can change quickly.
