Buses 3 and 29 are 5 minutes walk away from the flat. Room is available from 1st of June 2026. Flat is having a makeover in May so will be almost new in terms of interior decoration.

Flat generally will suit an exchange programme (International student) or professional looking for short stay in Edinburgh that enjoys living within a well maintained and clean environment and considerate of others when it comes to sharing and maintenance of facilities in the flat etc. Other than these, everything else is calm.

Rent of £665 per room all inclusive (Council Tax, Utility and Broadband)

1. Daily rates of £45/day with breakfast, beddings, toiletries etc. provided (7 days minimum)

2. Flat one month rent at £765 / Month for renting period less than 3 months (deposit of £250 will be required for a month rental). Lodger will need to provide own beddings etc even though that can be arranged at a small extra cost.
