Hi. I have a furnished double room in my three bedroom flat for rent. It's situated in a quiet development in North Edinburgh. There is a large open plan living room/kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, washing machine and dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and full length mirror. There's a large bathroom with toilet, shower/bath shared with one other flatmate.

There's plenty of free on-street parking as well as a bike storage room with direct access to the cycle path network. Bus numbers 19, 22, 38 and 113 stop at the end of the street and 8, 14, 16, 21, 27, 24, 29, 37 and N37 are just a few minutes walk away. The flat is close to a Morrisons supermarket, Ainslie Park leisure centre and Village hotel/gym. Ten minutes walk will also get you to Lidl, M&S and Puregym.

The rent is £600 per month which breaks down as £500 rent and £100 to cover a share of the bills (council tax, gas, electricity, internet and tv license).

You'd be sharing with myself and 25 year old female professional. Both of us are sociable but not huge party animals.
