Description
Hi There
Many thanks for responding to my advert. Please note that this room is for single occupancy only whereby the move in date or term may be flexible.
As you will see, I've included a lot of information in an effort to find a roomie who is equally as respectful as I am. A person who appreciates light, space, a positive vibe, homemade soup and home baking!
Trust and respect are essential, therefore, would suit a professional individual looking to relax after a working day or a student who needs a quiet environment to concentrate on their studies / qualifications.
NB: Due to the increase in utility costs, I am not looking for someone who works or studies from home.
Additionally, if you're someone looking for a party apartment, this is not the environment for you.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME & MY REQUEST:
I am a professional and looking to share my home with someone calm, with a happy persona, who prefers their own space or comfortable chatting away.
If you'd like to be considered, please tell me about yourself?
1) Why you need a room?
2) Why my room / apartment appeals to you?
3) Your hobbies?
4) Your relationship status?
5) Do you cook and if so, what kind of food do you make?
NB: This is hugely important..
7) What date you are looking to secure a room / move in by?
8) How many months you are looking to rent?
PLEASE NOTE THAT EMPTY RESPONSES or ONE SENTENCE REPLIES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED..

GENUINE FEEDBACK FROM CURRENT ROOMIES::
It's all about getting the right roomie and vice versa, therefore, I believe in transparency on both sides.
For this reason, I encourage potential roomies to speak to current or past roomies in order to gain a true reflection of the apartment and what it's like to a) live with me and b) live in this environment..
Process:
1) Initial telephone / face time for us to meet and to enable you to view the apartment remotely.
2) Follow up face to face appointment and physical viewing of the apartment.
NB: I've had some amazing roomies who were overseas at the time of looking for accommodation, therefore, I wasn't able to meet them personally until they moved in which has worked out perfectly too.
I think I've covered everything I can think of, however, if you need any additional information, please let me know.
All Good Wishes
