The apartment is special and unique. As such, I'm looking to share with someone who is equally special and either has a current home or had a home previously and understands how to look after one; someone who will appreciate and treat my home with the care and respect it deserves.

Therefore, if you're a professional individual who works in Edinburgh Mon - Fri and would prefer to stay in somewhere homely rather than a hotel, alternatively, if you're looking to relocate to the city, this environment may suit you well.

I am a professional who is calm, with a happy persona. I respect boundaries and am quite happy in my own space and equally comfortable taking an interest in my roomie and chatting away / sharing food.

As everyone in the UK is aware, utility costs have hugely increased this last year.

Dependant upon your usage, it may be necessary to pay an additional contribution over and above the monthly rent. To be discussed.

The Apartment can come with a personal parking space & key fob if required..

No.37 Night Bus stops close by the apartment just off Crewe Toll Roundabout. All buses take circa. 10 - 15 mins.

It's all about getting the right roomie and vice versa, therefore, I believe in transparency on both sides.

For this reason, I encourage potential roomies to speak to current or past roomies in order to gain a true reflection of the apartment and what it's like to a) live with me and b) live in this environment..
