I have available a Double room in 5 bedroomed semi detached house. Property is located in East of Edinburgh, The bedroom is newly decorated. The room consists of all new furnishings comprising of chest of drawers, double wardrobe, luxury double bed, wall mounted tv, new bed side tables, lamps and also a Small Fridge.


Myself and my partner stay in the house and it is a family home and at times when the grandchildren visit it can get a little noisy but other than that it's quiet.

No 4 bus stops at the corner of the street ideal for travelling into City Centre. Other bus routes are just a short walk from the house. We have room in the driveway for a car but there is also on street parking it can get a little busy at times in the street. Very close to the Shopping Retail Park Fort Kinnaird, which has vast amount of High Street stores, cinema, restaurants just a 10 min walk.
Room cost is £625 this includes all bills.
