Single room (double bed) In a quiet area on the outskirts of Edinburgh/Gilmerton, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower over bath).

As the house is on the outskirts of Edinburgh, it’s Ideal for a commuter that uses the bypass although there’s a 5/10 minute walk to various bus stops that service the city, leith & morningside.

Fast internet connection if working from home.

I’m a professional (m) working f/t for the Parliament as well as doing various other jobs throughout the year (concerts, festivals, sport events ect) mostly during the summer so I could be away depending on locations.

I’m relatively a private person but sociable & family orientated when I do get free time, although I do goto the gym a lot.

I try not to get in the way so you can easily unwind so the lounge/kitchen are mostly vacant but I’m more than willing to hang around & help when I can.

I also have 2 friendly black cats Hodge & Podge who like to eat, sleep, they both require lots of attention mostly at feeding time 😊

Iv had previous tenants mostly to help find their feet until something more suitable comes along (hence location/price). My current tenant will be leaving mid November (after 2 1/2 years) 😢

Ideally the room will be available in December.

Everything’s included in the price, bills, internet & council tax.
