Double room to let in my spacious and sunny 3 bed end terrace home, with south facing garden, in Gilmerton for up to a 3 month period.

3 minute walk to bus stop into Edinburgh (buses 3, 29) or 10 mins for airport bus (basically good links to Napier Uni or Edinburgh Uni or Hospital) on street parking and supermarkets nearby. No 7 bus is a short walk and will have you at hospital in 10-15 mins.

I'm a full time professional (2 - 3 days in office, 2 - 3 days wfh) with a 9 year old beagle called Vinyl.

I'm pretty active so when not at work I'm out running / riding / walking the dog / out with friends.
