Double room in friendly home with dog

Double room to let in my spacious and sunny 3 bed end terrace home in Gilmerton.

3 minute walk to bus stop into Edinburgh (buses 3, 29) on street parking and supermarkets nearby.

I'm a full time professional (2 - 3 days in office, 2 - 3 days wfh) with a 9 year old beagle called Vinyl. We're both pretty easy going, like a clean/tidy home and enjoy socialising over a glass of wine / some food but also keep to ourselves.

I'm pretty active so when not at work I'm out running / riding / walking the dog / out with friends.

If this sounds like your cup of tea drop me a note! I'd initially like to trial on a 3 month basis to ensure the space works for you / we get on, so hopefully that won't cause any issues!
