Double Room Avail August

Double room to let in my spacious and sunny 3 bed end terrace home, with south facing garden, in Gilmerton for August only.

3 minute walk to bus stop into Edinburgh (buses 3, 29) on street parking and supermarkets nearby will have you in the centre of town in roughly 30-40 mins depending on traffic. No 7 bus is a short walk and will have you at hospital in 10-15 mins.

I'm a full time professional (2 - 3 days in office, 2 - 3 days wfh) with a 9 year old beagle called Vinyl.

We're both pretty easy going, but home proud and like a clean/tidy home and enjoy socialising over a glass of wine / some food but also happy to keep to ourselves (well I am, Vinyl has no concept of personal space!)

I'm pretty active so when not at work I'm out running / riding / walking the dog / out with friends.
