Room in cottage in hills near Vet School and Bush.

We are two housemates(aged 69 and 43) living in the country outside Edinburgh and we are looking for a third person to join us. One is the owner of the house.
The house is nestled in the Pentland hills, half an hour from Edinburgh but yet in a beautiful position of isolation.
You should be OK living in the country and being next to a working farm.
We are looking for a easy going person , free spirited and open minded, with a keen interest in organic gardening ,who is in paid employment , appreciates company but can also be independent. Ideally you would enjoy the countryside, make use of the Pentlands, delight in the wildlife, and be interested and engaged with life. You should also be ok with being in a house on your own which has no neighbours at night if the other two of us are away occasionally.
We like to have films nights, poetry writing nights and share some meals.
You need to have some form of transport, anything from a bike to a car because public transport is minimal.
The rent is £400 per month. Bills and council tax are on top of this. The total bills range from about £80 in the summer to around £140 in the winter.
There is internet in the cottage.
