Large double bedroom ensuite

We are looking for a quiet living lodger to stay in our large double bedroom. There is a super king bed, 2 small armchairs a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a wall mounted television in the bedroom. There is an ensuite shower room.

We are looking for someone who would like to live privately as there is a fully furnished kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, dining table and sofa which would be for the primary use of the lodger. The layout benefits from a lot of privacy and it is almost like a separate tenancy than flatshare.

The bills are included in the price including wifi and Virgin TV package.

We live in a large Sandstone end terrace house in a cul desac ending at the promenade for Portobello beach.
