Quiet room in private house

This is a quiet, clean and tidy household with professional couple in their early 40' (CZ&ESP) and 3 cats in.
We have a cozy room with garden view, fully furnished, with plenty of storage and walk-in wardrobe. Large flat TV with Freeview channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
We also provide the bedding and towels.

I would rather specify that we are looking for quiet, shy or introvert individual, who is not much in the cooking or doesn't use the kitchen frequently. Full time employed outside the house, or active otherwise, who doesn't mind socialising outside .
Responsible and independent enough to look after the cats (they just need to be fed and a bit of company) and house, in case we travel.

We only share the kitchen and bathroom.

Rent £480 all included.
Deposit £100 will be discounted from the first rent.

Gracemount area EH17, where the nature is at the doorstep and many lovely walks near, including Roslin Glen. Suitable for those who prefer to stay out of hustle and bustle of city, or don't mind to travel there when wanted -

City centre 20 - 30 min by bus (7,37,47, 11, 400, X62)
Buses going also to Royal Infirmary (20min journey) and Straiton shopping park (10min journey

Free on street parking.

Bunch of shops including Tesco and Scotmid 5 minutes walk, Pharmacy, Hairdressers, bus stops the same. ).
