Looking for a comfortable place to stay during the working week? I’m offering a lovely double bedroom with a king-sized bed in my home in Leith, ideally suited to a female professional looking for a Monday–Friday base in Edinburgh.

£600 per month, all bills included. Available from early November.

🏡 The Room & Home

You’ll have a spacious, comfortable bedroom with a king-sized bed and your own private bathroom. It’s not en-suite, but the bathroom would be exclusively yours, as I have my own en-suite.

You’ll also have access to the shared living room and kitchen, with the freedom to make yourself at home.

🐾 Meet the Real Owners!

I share my home with my two gorgeous indoor cats, Kaira and Malka. They’re 13, incredibly sweet and enjoy lounging around the house. Being comfortable around cats is definitely a must!

📚 A Little About Me

I’m a primary school teacher in my early 40s, and I’m friendly, easy-going and quite a homebody.

After a busy day teaching, I love relaxing at home, reading, watching television or gaming. I’m a big Fortnite fan and often spend evenings playing on my PlayStation in the living room while chatting with friends online.

I enjoy a good conversation and having a laugh, but I also really appreciate my own space and downtime.

I have ADHD, so I particularly appreciate open, straightforward communication and a relaxed, understanding approach to sharing a home. I want us both to feel comfortable being ourselves!

💜 Who I’m Looking For

Ideally, I’d love to find a friendly, considerate female professional who needs somewhere to stay Monday to Friday, perhaps someone who works in Edinburgh but has their main home elsewhere.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces, happy around cats and appreciates a balance between friendly conversation and doing their own thing.

I want this to feel like a proper home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
