Lovely furnished double room in Leith Links

Renting out a large double room to students/mature students/professionals for a MINIMUM tenancy of 3 months and MAXIMUM tenancy of 6 months starting SEPTEMBER 2024.
I am looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful. We are a relaxed and friendly family of 3 (Mom, one 20 y and one 14 y) with two cats and a dog. Located in Leith Links, across from the park. The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair, and fridge. Amenities include a shared shower room (mostly yours) and access to a kitchen within agreed hours. The area is well connected with buses and tram. There are supermarkets in walking distance such as Tesco, Lidl and plenty restaurants. Price includes bills.
