The flat is a 2 minute walk from The Shore tram stop with great access into town. It's a 5 minute walk to both the shore itself and Leith Links.

I'm fairly flexible on the term of lease as I'm aware people will be looking for summer accommodation. The rent will alter depending on the length of lease. Open to negotiation. The rental price will include all bills.
