Flat sharing from 1st JULY

Two-bedroom flat based on a 4º floor.
Only professional females. Preferably in their 30's.

You'll be sharing with me.
I'm Spanish and work in Social Care. I'm sporty and love cooking. I'd like to share with somebody outgoing and upfront who can have a chat and a coffee with sometime.
Don't like dramas, wanna keep the atmosphere relaxed and peaceful! - For me communication is everything.
The flat must keep clean and tidy. (I didn't need a cleaning schedule with my previous flatmate as long we talked about it.)
-No WFH sorry

- Fully furnished
-well located with tons of cafes/pubs and shops arounds (Lidl, Sainsbury's...)
-Well isolated with double glazed, very bright and a quiet neighbourhood.
-There is a shared garden and very green area, near to Leith Links.

Council roughly £65 pp
Internet £14 pp
Electricity depending of the use.
