We are a professional couple who have years of experience of sharing with flatmates and looking to rent out the ensuite 2nd bedroom.

The room comes fully furnished with additional in built storage, double bed and your own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

You'll have access to the patio. Shared kitchen . And shared living room. The house is fully equipped with all mod cons. Modern heating system. Washing and tumble dryer. And a fully furnished kitchen and second additional fridge freezer to make cohabiting the best it can be!

(Council tax. Electricity. Excellent WiFi and communal cleaner weekly)

A little about us. We are quiet busy working professionals who stay in when we aren't working. Until recently has superhost on Airbnb but looking for a more consistent arrangement going into 2025

We are looking for someone from now until July 2025 due to other commitments

Ps we also co share a very loving dog named bear. He stays a few days every week or two this means sadly no other pets will be allowed
