Lovely double room +bathroom in Leith

Hi my name is Anna. I am renting out my spare bedroom which comes with its own large bathroom and parking outside the flat. About me: 32, professional, enjoys going to the gym, trying new food/ coffee spots, seeing friends and the occasional night out (though the hangovers in your 30’s really do hit different) 😭😂 What I’m looking for: preferably female flatmate who is clean, professional although would consider older students, social skills, likes cats (I have one extremely friendly cat called Tia).
