Due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m looking for someone to take over the other half of a shared tenancy in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom spacious first floor furnished flat in central Leith ( not an HMO property). It’s a converted factory situated in Great Junction Street so convenient for all amenities and public transport and most things on your doorstep.
It’s a good sized furnished double room with built in wardrobes and a king size bed and drawer storage (open to someone who wants to bring their own furniture if they would prefer as I’m not attached to the current furniture). Along with the room you would have sole use of the main bathroom. The flat is on 2 floors so also has a 3rd bedroom which is great for guests and also has more storage available to use if needed. Shared living room also has a dining table and is a good space for entertaining.
I’m 54, divorced and work as a Retail Manager. I love reading, a good film or box set, music, socialising and if my finances permit it then solo travelling. I think my wild partying days are way behind me so I live a fairly quiet day to day life and looking for someone similar who is also clean and tidy and respectful. Ideally want someone who wants to make this place their home and to feel comfortable here.
The flat is rented through Umega lettings so would be subject to reference checks etc. I’ve also estimated the deposit as they haven’t gotten back to me with an actual amount. The building is electricity only so bills can be a bit higher due to the heating system. Council tax is band D. Also the letting agent doesn’t allow pets unfortunately.
