Spacious room in beautiful quiet groundfloor flat

Looking for a female tenant to replace my current flatmate Jack who is leaving on November 20.

The flat is ground floor, super gorgeous, spacious, old tennement style. Excellent location, it is a 2min walk from Leith Walk and 2min walk from cosy Pilrig park. The streets around are very quiet as the main road is a single-direction, leading up to a dead end by the park. The energy in and around the flat is very calm and peaceful. There's a communal garden straight out the kitchen door which is lovely and gets the afternoon sun and there's also a front garden space.

Other mentions that make the flat extra nice: bath, dish washer, woodburning stove (currently not in use), washing machine, big sized shared spaces, excellent vacuum cleaner ( haha ), beautiful wooden floors and doors.

About me:
I am 37, Belgian, a fulltime yoga teacher. My activities revolve around playing music, meditation practice, study of spiritual philosophy, spending time in nature, film, dance, art etc. As I move and drive about so much all around the city to teach and my job is very sociable, I am a bit of a hermit/homebody outside of work, unless I am out meeting friends or travelling.

Looking for a female who is clean, wants to stay longterm and is okay with keeping a quiet lifestyle within the flat, due to the setup and acoustics of the flat.
This flat can provide a restful, cosy and safe haven.

I mainly teach weeknights and early mornings and am home during big chunks of the day so it's good to have someone in this flat who doesn't work from home, otherwise we'll be a bit on top of each other. If that's a dealbreaker for you, we can discuss that.
