The room is either £877 (unfurnished) or £884 (furnished but in a different unit) per month. There are also cheaper rooms in this building if you don’t mind the view (for example, units facing other blocks).
Students are welcome as long as you’re willing to contribute to council tax.
This flat is in Platform Edinburgh. I have videos, but an in‑person viewing should be arranged directly with the building. The tenancy contract will be between you and me together with the apartment management — this is not a sublet. You will be fully protected as an official tenant, and the building is very safe. The person who was supposed to move in with me suddenly dropped out, so I’m looking for someone reliable to take the second room. To make sure I don’t lose the flat I’ve already secured, we need to start your reference check through the building management on Monday. The move‑in deadline is August 30.
